Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 within the United States. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS.

Express Shipping

If you select an express shipping method during checkout and your order is placed before 2PM EST, your order will ship same day. Orders placed after 2PM EST will ship the next business day.

Note: There is no weekend pickup or delivery for Express Shipping methods.

Signature Required

A signature is required upon delivery for orders over $200. An adult signature requirement is available upon request. Please contact us for further details.

International Shipments

International shipments are sent via USPS. International transit time displayed on website or via tracking information is only an estimate and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees. These import fees are not included in your order total and are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you check with your country’s Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.

All prices and transactions on this website are in USD. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than USD.

Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

Pennsylvania Tobacco Tax

Pursuant to Pennsylvania state tax laws (Tobacco Products Tax of the Tax Reform Code), all products on are subject to a 40% tax when shipped to any location within the state of Pennsylvania. This tax amount does not include any additional state taxes that may also apply.

Discreet Shipping

To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The return label on your package will state “Shipping Department”, along with our address.

State Restrictions

Pursuant to state laws, certain products on our website are unable to be sold or shipped to specific states. Please call us 877-865-2260 or email us at for more information.


Can you deliver to a P.O. Box?

Only if a USPS shipping method is selected during checkout. Couriers (UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Our team is working tirelessly to ensure rapid order processing times with same-day shipping for most orders placed Monday through Friday, before 2 PM EST. If you wish to obtain a guaranteed shipping or delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method during checkout.


You can return your purchase of all unused and unopened products within 30 days after delivery. Simply send it back to us for a complete refund or store credit of the purchase price less shipping*. 

Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any opened and/or used products (for hygienic reasons). We highly recommend carefully researching the product you wish to purchase prior to ordering. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us; Our team is a very very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable about our product line and have no problems pointing you in the right direction when it comes to vaporizer choices.

Order Cancellations: For items that have not been labelled as fulfilled or shipped (in most cases) we can cancel your order for you. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If we have already fulfilled or shipped your item, unfortunately it may be too late. We offer Free Returns* provided you contact us so we can provide you return instructions including an RMA number to ship their package back.

*Free Shipping Charges: Any returned items with free shipping will be subject to our shipping costs and fees associated with that order. If it’s for an exchange or store credit, the return shipping is free.


Before you ship your product(s) backDO NOT SHIP the package back to the sending address. Our return center is different from our shipping warehouse. Please first contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box.

All items purchased from our listings must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund/exchange:

  • Item must be in original, brand new condition.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Return must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be acquired by email.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
  • In the case that the unit is found to be non-brand new condition – the buyer must understand and agree to a 40% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 40%. This includes parts and/or accessories.
  • If the item is defective upon delivery, we can only entertain requests made within 48 hours of delivery due to the nature of the items below:                       

                 – Tanks
                 – E-liquids
                 – Chargers
                 – Batteries
                 – Coils
                 – RDA/RDTA Style systems


Products are not eligible for return or exchange after thirty (30) days.


Our foreign return/exchange policy is investigated on a case-by-case basis. Due to the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.



Q: What does “FREE RETURNS” mean?

A: Unlike other popular vaporizer stores, purchases made with are not subject to any restocking fee! In order to do this, make sure you contact us first so we can give you our return address and an RMA number so you can ship the package back.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Please allow 14-21 business days once your items have been delivered to our specified return address. Once you have received your refund notification email, please allow 5-10 business days (depending on your bank) for our credit card processors to add the funds back into your account.

Q: How do I know I received my refund?

A: When a refund is authorized by one of our sales directors you will receive a refund authorization email. Please allow 7-14 business days for us to process this.

Q: How do I get a partial refund?

A: Contact us for any issues that may warrant a partial refund. We are only able to send partial refunds one day after your transaction has settled.

Q: Can I return a used item?

A: Due to the nature of the devices that we sell, we cannot accept returns of any used and opened products (for hygienic reasons). Due to this we highly recommend carefully researching the product you wish to purchase prior to ordering.

Q: I received a free item with my order, do I have to return it?

A: Yes. Any un-returned grinders incur a missing items fee of $4.99

Q: Can I request a shipping label for returns?

A: Yes, contact us for a return shipping label. We will deduct our discounted shipping rates from your order total.
